After working alongside Flinders Oyster Company for many years, we received many requests to attend events, and so "Oyster Soiree" was born!

Its important to us to deliver the best experience possible so we have teamed up wiith celebrity chefs Michael Demagistris and Ryan James who have lovingly crafted the most exquisite mignonettes to add to your oyster experience!
Our Vision
Oyster Soiree's vision is to create an unforgettable and immersive experience centred around Sydney Rock Oysters.
We aim to showcase the elegance of this delicacy while providing an exceptional service and memorable atmosphere for your guests!
Oyster Soiree cares for our environment, we strive to keep our products biodegradable or recyclable where possible.
Oyster Soiree have teamed up with Oz Fish to recycle our oyster shells!
The oyster shells are reused to provide new habitats for marine life!
